2. Postage is only made by services which will require your signature please arrange delivery to an address where you will be able to sign.
3. Jewellery and Watches are generally sent in the appropriate boxes as supplied by the manufacturer or our own branded gift boxes. These do not form part of the transaction and are supplied free of consideration. Their function is primarily to prevent damage to your item in transit, if the box is damaged in transit we are not able to replace them.
4. We aim to dispatch all items within 8 working hours. We do not work Sundays or Bank Holidays. Jersey has additional holiday on May 9th.
5. Delivery time depends upon the Royal Mail, not us, and occasionally may be subject to unavoidable delays on import due to HM Customs and Revenue. If you require an item urgently then please contact us before paying for the item and we will issue an invoice for 'next day' delivery. The P&P for special delivery is higher than is stated in the listing and must be sent before noon to ensure next day delivery.

If you receive your item and you believe it to be defective in some way then simply return.
