We welcome returns if we are notified within seven days of you receiving the item and we receive the item back within 30 days. Items should be returned in the condition they are received with all packaging, labels and tags still attached. Simply contact us and we will advise where to return the item to. You are liable to bear all the return shipping costs. Purchases of gold and silver bullion are non-refundable, however we will re-purchase them on demand at the prevailing market rate which may differ substantially from the rate on the day on which you made the purchase. Additionally sales where we act as agent for a third party on re-conditioned items of jewellery to will only be refundable if agreed prior to purchase or at the vendor's discretion.
